Commercial Refrigerator
The 2013 California Falcon comes with an integrated 6.5 cubic foot commercial refrigerator that is Certified to ANSI / NSF Standard 7 (True TUC-27). This refrigerator certified for full food contact and is is 100% California Code, "CalCode" compliant. The refrigerator is built to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use and has amazing re-cycle rate and cooling capacity. It is equipped with a locking door, variable thermostat, adjustable wire shelves and an interior light. The exterior is clad with beautiful brushed stainless steel that matches the carts exterior perfectly.

Self-Contained Electrical Power System
The refrigerator is a 120 Volt AC commercial appliance powered with a rechargeable battery and inverter system. All of the components are first rate, the finest available. The electrical system is whisper quiet and extremely reliable. There is no need for a noisy generator to disturb your location or event. The heavy-duty deep-cycle batteries are recharged nightly with a powerful integrated onboard charging system. The system recharges with a standard household electrical outlet. Nothing fancy required. The system operates similar to modern golf carts. Use it all day long, and plug it in at night to recharge. The refrigerator can also be plugged into a standard electrical outlet for prolonged use at longer events when available.

Double Steam Table - Super Capacity
The Falcon comes standard with a very large, double well steam table. The steam table wells each have a durable two-zone stainless steel burner, giving you a total of 4 separate heat zones. It can accommodate up to, 2 standard full-size restaurant pans (12? x 20?). The California Falcon ships standard with 2 half pans, and 3 one-third pans. All steam pans come with professional style slotted lids and are NSF certified. Custom configurations of steam pan layout is possible and is available upon request (difference in cost of pans will apply).

Optional Cooking Equipment -
The 2013 California Falcon comes standard with a huge double steam table capable of amazing food output for large events. If you would like to offer foods prepared with other types of cooking equipment, you can choose from several additional options including a Flat Top Griddle, Char-broiler Barbecue or even a Grease Fryer. The optional add-on equipment that we offer, is all very high quality, restaurant grade, and NSF Certified (models listed below). Any of these options will maintain the "NSF Certification" on your NSF Certified Falcon models as we have went to the absolute farthest lengths to certify our carts with all of these great cooking options available to you! Propane System - Pure Quality
The 2013 California Falcon Mobile Food Cart comes equipped with double propane tank baskets and a high quality dual-stage auto-changeover propane regulator. What this means to you is that if a propane tank runs out, the system will automatically switch over to the second tank. It has an indicator that lets you know it's time to refill the first tank. This is a real time saver when you are working and prevents you from having to take time away from your customers and change out a propane tank on your hot dog cart.
