The Columbia Xl10 is an extended version of the Original 8' Columbia Mobile Kitchen concession trailer. It's a full 6' x 10' of professional quality, stainless steel kitchen! It has stunningly beautiful and uniquely original looks. It is designed for high-volume food service, and it's built to last for decades. It can accommodate a 3 person crew, (cashier, cook, and server). The additional two feet of length allows for more equipment such as, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker or microwave oven. The 2013 Columbia Xl10 Mobile Kitchen "Hot Dog Cart" comes standard with a powerful hot and cold pressurized water system, and a 3 compartment sink. A 9 gallon fresh (potable) water tank and a 13 gallon waste (gray) water tank comes standard. The continuous flow hot water is supplied by a quality, EccoTemp® instant propane hot water heater. The high water pressure is courtesy of a powerful SHURflo® 8000 Series (NSF/UL Certified) water pump. It works fantastically for washing dirty pans and utensils, or just for a quick hand wash. The SHURflo® water pump is powered by a heavy duty 12 vdc rechargeable battery (included).

The Columbia Xl10 is a very versatile modern Mobile Kitchen. It comes standard with a large double steam table (accommodates 6 steam pans) and a flat top griddle. The appliances are propane powered for standalone operation without electric service. The Columbia Xl10 can be outfitted with a variety of other optional cooking equipment depending upon what your menu will contain. A few of the more popular options are, char-broiler grille (BBQ), a grease fryer, microwave oven or a coffee maker. We have integrated a huge 70 quart high-tech Coleman Extreme™ ice cooler into the rear counter surface with an insulated stainless steel hatch door to keep your sodas or food product ice cold. There is a drain valve to easily empty the melted ice water (very convenient). A double propane tank rack with an "auto change-over regulator" is standard, so you will never run out of propane while you are working a long event. It automatically switches over to the second full tank, then you can replace or refill the empty tank at your convenience.

The Columbia Xl10 Mobile Kitchen has two large customer service windows just like its little sister, The Original Columbia. The side window on the XL10 is now even longer for more customer accessibility. The double concession service windows are designed to handle the most demanding, high volume events... Take orders from the side, deliver food to the rear. Sliding Lexan® windows or screens are available as an option. The large locking personnel access door (with a lockable screened window) allows easy access. The personnel door is lockable from inside for security purposes. With three full width shelves there is plenty of space for storage and supplies. The Columbia Xl10 Mobile Kitchen is designed to be a comfortable, professional working environment for all weather conditions.
