The Columbia Xl10 is a new extended version of the Original 8' Columbia Mobile Kitchen concession trailer. It's a full 6' x 10' of professional stainless steel kitchen! It has stunningly beautiful and uniquely original looks. It is designed for high-volume food service, and it's built to last for decades. It can accomodate a 3 person crew, (cashier, cook, and server) or just be extra comfortable for 1 or 2. The additional two feet of length also allows for more other equipment such as, refrigerator, freezer, or microwave oven. There is wall space for optional side shelves for even more storage capacity. The Columbia Xl10 Mobile Kitchen "Hot Dog Cart" comes standard with a powerful hot and cold pressurized water system. The continuous flow hot water is supplied by a premium quality, Suburban™ 6 gallon propane hot water heater. The awesome water pressure is courtesy of a powerful SHURflo™ 8000 Series water pump. The water pump is NSF Certified and UL Listed for fresh potable water service. It works fantastically for washing dirty pans and utensils, or just for a quick hand wash. The SHURflo™ water pump is powered by a heavy duty 12 vdc rechargeable battery (included).

The Columbia Xl10 is a very versitile modern Mobile Kitchen. It can be outfitted with a variety of great cooking equipment depending upon what your menu will contain. A few of the more popular options are: a steam table (base equipped), flat-top griddle, char-broiler grille (BBQ) or even a fryer (usually requires fire supression system). All of these popular appliances come in single (12" width) or double size (24" width). Generally speaking, the Columbia's can accommodate 4 single positions. The included "double" steam table (two full size restaurant pan capability) consumes 2 of those 4 positions (because it is a double). We have integrated a huge 70 quart high-tech Coleman Extreme™ ice cooler into the rear counter surface with an insulated stainless steel hatch door to keep your sodas or food product ice cold. There is a drain valve to easily empty the melted ice water (very convienient). A double propane tank rack with an "auto change-over regulator" is standard, so you will never run out of propane while you are working a long event. It automatically switches over to the second full tank, then you can replace or refill the first empty tank without missing a sale.

The side window on the XL10 is now even longer for more customer accessibility. The double concession service windows are designed to handle the most demanding, high volume events... Take orders from the side, deliver food to the rear. Lexan™ windows or screens with custom pass-thru sizes are available. The large locking personnel access door (with an opening screened window) allows easy access. The personnel door is lockable from inside for security purposes. With three full width shelves there is plenty of space for storage and supplies.
