The beautiful 8' Columbia Mobile Kitchen is a full featured, turn-key, ready-to-operate concession trailer. It's a complete, "mobile kitchen" that you work from the inside, protected from the elements for year round profits. Just as restaurants are capable of preparing all types of foods, so are you! Because the unit is fully enclosed, the health department will allow you to create a complete menu of food items tailored to the wishes of your customers.

The Columbia is constructed with an ultra heavy duty, fully welded, tubular steel frame for the walls, ceiling and chassis. It is then skinned with solid 18 gauge, super thick Stainless Steel. The roof is skinned with bright white reflective aluminum to reflect the sun's ultra-violate heat. The Columbia concession trailer, mobile kitchen is built to last for many, many years of reliable service. There is plenty of room inside for two person operation. The Columbia food cart comes fully equipped with a large 6-pan, double steam table and a flat top griddle (both propane powered). There are many other optional cooking appliances available including a char-broiler grille, grease fryer, burners, microwave oven or a commercial coffee maker. The Columbia comes standard with a large 3 compartment sink with drain board and drip rack that will meet your health code requirements. A 9 gallon fresh (potable) water tank and a 13 gallon waste (gray) water tank comes standard. A separate hand sink is also included. The Columbia Mobile Kitchen "Hot Dog Cart" comes with a powerful hot and cold pressurized water system, a huge integrated internal cooler to keep your sodas and food products ice cold, a double propane tank rack and a premium quality, dual stage "automatic change-over" propane regulator that insures you never run out of propane during an event.

The 2013 Columbia Mobile Kitchen has two large customer service windows for easy concession service and comfortable interior working area. Optional sliding Lexan® windows or screens are available if required. There is plenty of space for storage and equipment on the three large, full width integrated shelves and two counter top work spaces. The unit provides a very comfortable working environment in all weather conditions for one or two people. The large locking access door to the Columbia Mobile Food Vending Cart allows for easy in/out access and good security. The Columbia is ready to turn your dreams into reality!
