The original 8' Columbia Mobile Kitchen is a great, full featured, work inside "hot dog cart" to protect you from the elements for year round profits. It is constructed with a welded steel tubular super structure (walls and chassis) and skinned with solid 18 guage, thick Stainless Steel. This unit is built to last for decades of reliable service. It has plenty of room for two people, comes standard with a propane gas steam table with up to six 1/3 size stainless steel cooking pans (configurations can vary as needed). The Columbia can be equipped with an optional flat-top griddle, char-broiler grill, fryer or even a large commmercial coffee maker. The Columbia Mobile Kitchen "Hot Dog Cart" comes with a powerful hot and cold pressurized water system, a huge integrated internal cooler to keep your sodas and food product ice cold, a double propane tank rack, and a premium quality "auto change-over" regulator so you never run out of propane during your events.

The Columbia Mobile Kitchen has two large customer service windows for easy concession service and comfortable interior working area for two people. Optional Lexan windows or screens with custom pass-thru sizes are available. There is plenty of space for storage and equipment on the three large, full width integrated shelves, and two counter top work spaces. The Columbia provides a very comfortable working environment in all weather conditions. The large locking access door to the Columbia Mobile Food Vending Cart allows for easy in/out access and good security.
