The New 2013 Riverside Hot Dog Cart Features

The Riverside Hot Dog Cart was originally designed as a side access version of our most popular vending cart, the Ventura. It has all of the same great features as our Ventura model but now has even more cooking capacity. The brand new, redesigned 2013 Riverside offers two full-size pan capacity and easier access to your working envronment. With this sideways design you have two additional large integrated side-shelf work surfaces. One full length side shelf for food preparation, and another full length side-shelf on the customer side for "customer applied" condiment service. This sideways style of hot dog cart has proven to have very desirable features for many hot dog vendors today. The New Riverside model Hot Dog Cart has become a very popular choice.

The New 2013 Riverside Hot Dog Cart with two "full-size" steam tables, now has awesome capability of heating and preparing hot dogs, sausages and a variety of condiments at a very fast pace for the busiest of locations and events. The 2013 Riverside Hot Dog Cart features solid construction of food grade 304 stainless steel, always 18 gauge or heavier (don't be fooled, bigger numbers mean thinner material). The Riverside comes standard with a heavy-duty full width custom push-bar and beautiful polished Diamond Plate body panels. Our super duty construction and attention to detail is the hallmark of all DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts. The ultra insulated, integrated cooler design, which contains a large 70 quart Coleman Extreme Duty cooler, keeps your drinks and meat product ice cold, all day. Compare our thick double insulated cooler hatch door with our competitors flat tin panel, and you will begin to understand the design and quality difference. A large, two shelf display case for chips or buns is also another nice feature. The Riverside comes standard with a double sided clear Lexan™ window display case so that customers can see your fresh products or chip choices.

A total of Five commercial restaurant grade, stainless steel steam pans are standard on the Riverside Hot Dog Cart. You may also choose your own pan configuration. If you would like to add more varieties of hot dog and sausage preparation methods to your vending cart business, you can add a deluxe heavy duty stainless steel BBQ grill for only $600.00 USD.
