The Ventura Pro Hot Dog Cart is one of DreamMaker's latest innovations. It's based upon our incredibly popular Ventura Hot Dog Cart that took the classic New York Style hot dog cart to new heights of design, quality and usability. It has many of the same great features and adds even more. The Ventura Pro was designed to meet the required specifications and design criteria of certain regional locations that now require an actual onboard mechanical refrigeration system, a demand type mechanical hot water heater and a larger hand washing sink.

Expanding upon our classic styled Ventura model hot dog cart is the evolution of one of our most successful carts ever. The concept came from the many requests of our clients that needed a specially built custom cart to meet certain regional health codes. The Ventura Pro is now a full featured production model without the cost of a custom built unit! It has many great features to help you be very successful in the food vending business. The new Ventura Pro model includes a high volume six pan steam table, a fully pressurized on-demand SHURflo™ fresh water system (that is by far the best in the business), and our ultra strong, long lasting chassis design with a fully welded, tubular box steel custom frame. Then we integrated an amazingly powerful refrigerator / freezer. It is powered by a very heavy duty 12 VDC marine battery and a fully integrated onboard charging system. This means that you can run all day long while working on location, and then simply plug the cart in to both maintain the cold refrigerator, and re-charge the battery in the evening time. By morning your system is re-charged and you are ready to roll!

The new 2010 Ventura Pro Hot Dog Cart features solid, extremely durable construction of 18 gauge, food service grade, 304 finish, stainless steel with beautiful polished aluminum "Diamond Plate" body panels. We ALWAYS use 18 gauge or heavier stainless steel. Don't be fooled, bigger numbers mean thinner material. Super duty construction and attention to detail is the hallmark of DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts. We do it RIGHT!

You'll love the integrated design of a fantastic electric 50 quart refrigerator / freezer which keeps your meat product ice cold. This unit can maintain temperatures down to 0 degrees fahrenheit (-17 degrees C). The unit has a fully adjustable digital temperature control panel and monitoring system. Keeping your meat products on "wet ice" is a thing of the past with the new DreamMaker Ventura Pro. A large, full usable width, two shelf display case for chips and buns is also another real asset (you can never have enough storage). And, it can now be optionally backed with a clear Lexan™ polycarbonite "plastic back" to convert the bread box into a great looking, very handy display case for other material "goods for sale".

A total of six, commercial restaurant grade, stainless steel steam pans come standard with the Ventura Pro Hot Dog Cart.
