We design our carts differently

Dream Maker Hot Dog Carts begins each new product with very specific documented design criteria that the new model must meet. We document the original ideas and goals so that during the evolution of the product design we can be sure that the initial goals of the project are met. The design phase usually takes from several weeks to several months depending upon the complexity of the product. The design phase consists of many different facets, including: planning discussions, regulatory code research, sketches and drawings, detailed engineering plans, and materials and component sourcing. Among the final stages of design, is building a complete full size physical prototype of the new equipment. The team does thorough testing of the prototype and scrutinizes the unit for any design flaws. Any required modifications are completed. When the entire team is completely satisfied with the final design, the mechanical engineering CAD drawings are updated and finalized for each and every fabricated part required. The advanced technical drawings are meticulously programmed into the computer systems for the final production of each component. The new product design now moves to full manufacturing production.

Dream Maker Hot Dog Carts' manufacturing facility utilizes million dollar automated machines to cut, punch, and shape our metal parts and panels to precision tolerances. Our factory utilizes custom designed precision frame jigs that align every chassis and frame component perfectly before being welded by a highly trained professional. Final assembly of our hot dog carts is done on a variety of different pieces of equipment and precision jigs that are all used to make sure that each and every vending cart is assembled correctly and to the exact specification of the design.

Because we know how to do it RIGHT! What all this technical stuff means to you, is that our products are superior in all aspects of design, construction and quality. Our equipment always has perfectly fitting components, the way that they were designed. Just a few examples of this would be: precision square doors with proper door opening clearance, perfectly square sides and corners, beautiful straight lines and clean, burr-free edges, cooking pans and equipment that fit exactly as specified, and always safe and proper operation. We pride ourselves with what we believe is the pinnacle of quality control in our industry. We have designed and implemented an intensive three stage quality control program. The first stage of testing occurs after each individual component is manufactured, such as the frame, chassis, suspension, body, doors, and so on. The second stage is initiated upon completion of the final cart assembly, prior to the cart being processed into inventory. The third stage is completed prior to the equipment being packaged with any additional options and accessories and crated for shipment to the customer. Our rigorous quality control process insures that our customers are going to receive a high quality piece of equipment that they can rely on for many, many years.
