The state of Florida requires that all mobile food vending operations (hot dog cart) be licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). In addition there are sometimes county and often city rules and regulations to consider. Being as we are located in the state of Florida, we have the most knowledge of licensing a hot dog cart or other mobile food vehicle in this state. File Types And Document Viewers
Many of the hot dog cart license applications and mobile food vendor documents here are created with Adobe Acrobat software to create PDF (Portable Document Format) files. PDF files are platform independent (designed with the Internet in mind). You will need the appropriate version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, navigate, and print PDF files.
