The construction and design of my Columbia DreamMaker Hot Dog Cart is second to none. Wherever I set up for an event I always get positive remarks about how nice and well constructed this cart is. I'm really happy with the performance of my cart. The materials used to build this cart are of top quality. In addition to the quality craftmanship is the excellent service you get from DreamMaker. Joel and Marc have both been very accommodating with any question or adjustments I have had concerning the operation or licensing of my cart. My wife and I picked up our hot dog cart today and we're very happy with it! When we decided to get into the Hot Dog Biz we took the time to look at lots of carts both used and new and I have to say... We love our new Columbia concession trailer. What amazes me the most is how shiny and clean it appears for our customers. I feel so professional working inside this unit, unlike in others. We love the courtesy, professionalism, and genuine concern that DreamMaker put into building our Columbia. After we got through the few bumps we had with our local Health Department in Oklahoma, it was clear sailing. Our concession trailer set a precedent in our state. I want to let you guys know how awesome the DreamMaker Ventura Pro is! Everyone that sees my cart is so impressed not only by the convenient features such as the refrigerator, sink, and the on-demand hot water heater, but also especially the quality and craftsmanship that obviously went into building it as well.

I go to a lot of events and see a lot of concession stands and food carts, and I must say that the Ventura Pro is heads above the rest when it comes to quality and performance. Thank you DreamMaker for building a product that I am extremely happy with!

Dreammaker Hot Dog Carts, Rocks! And... We love our cart, and we are not even selling hot dogs! We have opened our food cart selling a grilled teriyaki steak, cole slaw and rice meal near the university district. Business is booming and the cart is serving the purpose well.

It is easy to set up, and easy to take down after we are done for the evening. It looks professional. It is also durable for the occasional "pothole" along the drive between our kitchen and the location where we sell our teriyaki. It is perfect for catering private parties, too! Owners love it when we show up to cater their parties; we bring the kitchen, the staff, and the food and when we are done, we take it all away with us. It impresses party goers and they want to know, "where did you get this food cart?" We say, DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts. They are reputable, professional and believe it or not, the owner, Joel actually answer's his phone still. Wow! A live human being, the owner answers his phone? Yep! It's a fact.

We love our cart and more important - we love the fact that there is still 'ole fashion decency and trust between strangers who after this transaction have now become friends. The "Mac Daddy" Ventura passed DHEC with the highest possible rating, "A - Excellent". I will be cooking hot dogs tomorrow at the farmers market. Great work guys. Thank you!

(Next Day) The smiles on the attached photo are of two people who are completely happy with the Ventura Hot Dog Cart and, as a result, are loving the hot dog business. Bonnie and I would like to thank everyone that was part of building our cart. Everyone that saw the cart really liked it and thought that it cost us over $10,000. What a compliment!

Our first day was a complete success. We bought more supplies than we thought we would ever need and at the end of the day we were completely SOLD OUT. Because of the cart, the customers thought we were experienced professionals and bought from us with complete confidence. When we told them that it was our first day they were pleasantly surprised. Everyone thought the hot dogs were great.

Joel, Marc, Reed, I'm not sure how many folks have been a part of this effort, but we here at New York Dawgs LLC want to say thank you for great customer service and the amount of personal attention you have given us in our conflicts with our health department.

We had performed research, made submittals of all of the carts specifications to the health department BEFORE we placed an order. A verbal "looks good to me" from the health inspector was iterated, and that's when we ordered our hot dog cart.

We tried to be as prepared as we could be, but without your efforts, I don't think we would have been able to meet the challenges we had to face here in Calvert County Maryland. If and when future expansion exists for us, and we are ready to give up our engineering day jobs, your company will be in the forefront of our minds.

Hi Joel, I had my first day out selling Hot Dogs on Sunday, and it went great! The hot dog cart was a huge hit. I even had people wanting to buy them from me. So, we may have to work out some sort of deal. I also had some interest if I wanted to franchise my hot dog business already. So it looks like down the track we may be doing much more business together. It all looks great and in the near future we will order more carts. Cheers mate!

It is really picking up! I have to say in just 12 hours of actual serving time I made as much money as I did in a week in the factories with a bunch of nasty bosses raking me over the coals. I think I'm really going to like this!

Joel, I passed the Health Department inspection with flying colors! When I left, the parking lot I jack knifed the cart and dented the hand wash sink a tiny bit. No worries. Now the cart has some character! I'll keep you updated on how my business does. With this Kansas heat, I'll start selling full time in two weeks or so. Thank you so much!
